3 Day Workshop
This workshop is designed to broaden the forensic photography and evidence documentation skills of the scene investigator. It will provide the investigator with the knowledge and skills necessary to apply proper photographic technique in unusual situations such as close-up and nighttime photography.
This is a workshop that is best suited for the incident scene or crime scene investigator who already has a sound photography background and would like to further enhance their skills. Students will work through a number of hands-on practical exercises. To allow immediate critique and instructor feedback, all student photos are processed, printed and returned to the student during the workshop.
Areas of instruction include:
Attendees will need to bring a camera (digital SLR preferred), remote shutter release cord, tripod and off-camera flash. Notice: Classroom hours on the second day of this workshop will be adjusted to allow for night photography work.
You can see examples of our student's crime scene photography and evidence photography work by visiting the Student Portfolio.
